Refund Policy

At SnB Treasures one of our top priorities is for you to be happy with you treasures.  In fact we hope you love them, but unfortunately that does not always happen.  If you are unhappy with your treasures for any reason , please let us know so we can determine the best resolution to the situation.  Since almost  all of our treasures are one of a kind to just send another is is rarely possible.  Sometime when we have more the fabric used or can get some more we will be glad to make another is you wish, but it may take several weeks.  If we decide that a refund is the only solution  then return it within 30 days and we will return your money.  Rest assured that we want you to be satisfied so we will try to come to a good restitution.

I am soory for the following because it sounds so hard and cold but for legal reasons it must be included.

If the product you received is damaged or defected, please contact us immediately. We will be glad to refund your money upon our receipt of the product.  It must be received within 30 of shipment. If 30 days have gone by shipment, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. They include custom orders and personalized items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at SnBTreasures@gmail.com and send your item to: 7727 Bayou Green Lane Sugar Land Texas US 77479.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
